At CigarHaus Lifestyle, we take pride in offering premium cigar accessories and lifestyle products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Please note that all sales are considered final unless an item is received defective or damaged.

We only accept returns or issue refunds under the following circumstances:

• The product arrives defective

• The product arrives damaged during shipping

• The incorrect item was received

To qualify for a return or refund request:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• The item must remain unused and in its original packaging

• Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Change of mind purchases

• Items showing signs of use or wear

• Sale or clearance items

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Gift cards

Return Process

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Supporting photos/videos of the defective item

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions regarding replacement, store credit, or refund eligibility.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by CigarHaus Lifestyle.

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping Damage

If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend documenting the condition immediately and contacting us as soon as possible.
